APARTMENT RENTAL TERMS & BOOKING CONDITIONS
BOOKING DEPOSIT: A booking deposit is required
to secure your holiday rental dates. The dates required
will be held for a maximum period of seven days from
the date of provisional booking. Within these seven
days we must receive your deposit amount to secure
your dates. Please see payment instructions below:
PAYMENT TERMS:
A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental amount
(non–refundable)
The balance of the total rental price is to be paid
no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival dates.
A security deposit of £150 (refundable if no
breakages/damage) is also to be paid with the balance
of the rental price no later than 8 weeks prior to
arrival date
NOTE: Bookings made less than 8
weeks prior to arrival date require full rental cost
(and security deposit) to be made at the time of booking.
PAYMENT FACILITIES:
Payment can be made via the following methods;
1. On line by credit card or debit card.
2. International Bank Transfer
3. Cheque through the postal service
RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES:
All household utilities & services to the apartment
including cleaning of the apartment before arrival
& on departure. Towels & linen are included
(Not beach towels). Spa membership has an additional
cost (details available from reception at club house)
but clubhouse facilities are available to all.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
On receipt of your booking deposit a letter or email
will be sent as confirmation/ receipt of payment.
Payment of this deposit constitutes acceptance of
all the booking conditions stated in this document.
A request for the balance will be sent 10 weeks before
your arrival dates.
CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Minimum of 8 weeks notice--- No charge
4-8 weeks notice---------------- 50 % of rental price
Under 4 weeks ------------------ No refund
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES:
In general arrival & departure times are flexible,
however if either of those days cross over with another
tenant we will have to ensure adequate check-in &
out time to allow for cleaning to be carried out.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY:
Directions to the apartment from the airport along
with access to keys will be issued on receipt of full
payment of the rental amount.
BREAKAGE POLICY:
Any breakages/damages to the property or its contents
must be reported directly to the owners on 00353 86
205 9343.We will then arrange for the repair or replacement
to be carried out. The incurred costs will be deducted
from your security deposit. If your security deposit
is not sufficient to cover the cost of repair or replacement
we will bill you directly & forward copies of
3 estimates and /or purchase receipts.
If breakages/damages are not reported directly to
the owner the cleaning company who carry a full inventory
of the apartment will notify us & replace any
items at their own cost structure, which includes
a commission. This cost will be passed on to the tenant
via security deposit (if sufficient) or by direct
bill.
